Are items dishwasher and microwave safe?
All my pieces are made from high-fired stoneware clay, making them hardwearing and suitable for dishwashers, microwaves and are also oven safe.
 
Can I collect my order from your studio?
If you're local to Luxulyan and would prefer to collect, please select the 'pickup' option at checkout. I'll typically have your order ready to collect within 24 hours and you'll receive an email once it's ready with collection instructions.

What should I do if the item I'd like is sold out?
Please first check my Etsy shop as I often have separate stock. If it's out of stock or not available there, please get in touch here to let me know what you're after. If possible I'll prioritise the item for you in the next restock, or give you the option to pre-order.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day of ordering and postage is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can expect your item to arrive between 2 and 3 working days after you place your order. You can also upgrade the postage to Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and I'll prioritise dispatch for you.
      
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, please get in touch here with as many details as possible. Please keep in mind that made-to-order items may take up to 6 weeks to complete, and I might not be able to accommodate all requests due to capacity and also the small size of my kiln!
 
What is your return policy?
I accept return requests up to 14 days after you have received your order. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. You can see the full details of the return policy here. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives - please see below.
 
What should I do if there's a problem with my order?
Please get in touch (by replying to your order confirmation email or via the contact page) as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve this for you. It's really important to me that all my customers are fully happy with their new ceramics, especially after all the time and care I've put into making them. 
 
What type of packaging do you use?
All packaging I use is recyclable or biodegradable. Information on how to responsibly dispose of/recycle the packaging is included within each order.
 
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I don't offer gift wrapping, but I can add a gift message if you're sending something directly to a loved one - please add this to the order special instructions at checkout.
