Great communication from seller, prompt delivery exactly on the day of my return and the item is brilliant and just what I was looking for. Textured, matt, somewhat raw and rustic with a great size and shape for me. Slight discolouration internally but I think that’s part of the perfectly imperfect style. On first use it feels very comfortable to hold and can be held nicely “cupped”. Very happy with my mug overall and would buy from this seller again.
