Seconds
These are items which have minor flaws or imperfections, usually aesthetic, which are sold at 25-50% off. All seconds are still fully functional and kitchenware is still dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
I choose to sell my seconds so that you (my lovely customers) can benefit from a big discount whilst still being able to enjoy handmade ceramics. It also means nothing goes to waste - a lot of hard work and care goes into each piece and unfortunately some seconds are inevitable. I like knowing that these pieces can still be used and enjoyed.
Please note seconds cannot be returned or exchanged.
Samples
While trialing new designs I often make one-off pieces. If I decide not to turn it into a whole collection it will be sold as a sample. A unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
